I believe in smart budgeting and responsible spending while still advocating for the needs of all Wisconsinites. Our future must be built on the foundations of financial restraint, equity and sustainable long-term economic growth.

Social Progress

True advancement requires equal access for every citizen. I champion initiatives that uplift our local families, conserve nature, and foster a just, inclusive path forward for all of Wisconsin.

As a lifelong resident deeply rooted in Wisconsin Assembly District 24, I offer a balanced approach that marries fiscal discipline with meaningful social progress. My values were forged as a young adult as I worked for several years on a local dairy farm, a formative experience that instilled a gritty work ethic and paved the way for my 38-year career as a dedicated City of Waukesha, Civil Servant. Having retired as a proud AFSCME member, I possess a firsthand understanding of why worker protections and strong union representation are vital to our local economy and the middle class. Beyond my professional career, my commitment to our community is reflected in my volunteer efforts. Whether I’m working with the Waukesha County Green Team and the Pewaukee River Partnership to preserve our natural environment, or assisting the Waukesha Park and Recreation Department to improve local accessibility and public health, I am always focused on active service. These roles have reinforced my belief that a thriving community requires both sustainable resources and genuine engagement. My path in public service has always been guided by a desire to ensure the long-term health and stability of our counties. I am eager to bring this wealth of experience to the State Assembly, where I will work tirelessly to build a future defined by opportunity for every resident. With a profound understanding of District 24’s unique landscape, I am ready to represent our diverse community with unwavering integrity and a clear vision for a better Wisconsin.

Fiscal Responsibility

I am committed to balanced budgeting that prioritizes the essential needs of our community. Our state must avoid placing heavy tax pressures on working families while ensuring our economic foundation remains secure and sustainable for years to come.

   I vow to:

​

  • secure robust funding for our local public schools to properly prepare the next generation of skilled workers and leaders.

  • reinforce essential services for veterans, ensuring access to quality VA benefits and stable housing.

Local Infrastructure

Investing in our community's future through smart infrastructure planning that improves safety, connectivity, and economic opportunity for all residents.

    I vow to:

 

  • assure proper oversight of data centers, by supporting legislation to protect Wisconsin's middle class workers, the environment and our energy resources, and to decrease the financial burden on my constituents.

  • protect our environment, including our farmlands through legislation that supports Wisconsin farm sustainability

  • maintain healthy water resources and the sustainability of the great outdoors of Wisconsin for future generations.

Advocating for policies that promote equity and support our neighbors, ensuring everyone in Wisconsin has access to the resources they need to thrive.

  • support universal healthcare and Badgercare expansion assuring reliable, accessible and equitable healthcare.

  • support a woman's right to make her own healthcare decisions

  • assure the necessary funding to maintain 988 Mental Health Crisis phone and texting lines

Community Engagement

Strengthening the democratic process by fostering open dialogue and ensuring every voice in District 24 is heard and respected in the Assembly.

 

   I vow to:

  • maintain an open door policy to promote community feedback

  • collaborate with all my colleagues in the assembly, regardless of party affiliation to put Wisconsin's working class first and advocating for true affordability.

  • engage with my constituents at community events and through email and phone communications
